Shah Rukh Khan is a Muslim and because of his superstar status he would have never experienced any problems in getting a visa.
Six others were not that fortunate to get through as there visa applications were rejected just because it was the religion of Islam that the helpless crew members were born into.
The six were to go to U.S.A as part of the team behind Karan Johar's under production flick 'My Name Is Khan'.

Even after telling that they are from the film industry and have to go to Los Angeles for a film shoot and presenting the required documents of authenticity they were not successful in convincing the officials at the U.S consulate to grant them the visas.
